FAQ

Account
Select Sign in in the site header and approve the sign-in through Steam. You do not need a separate XGod username or password. Your site balance and inventory belong to the Steam account you use to sign in.
Compare the Steam ID in your XGod profile with the account you meant to use. If your browser is signed in to another Steam account, sign out of XGod, switch accounts in Steam, then sign in again. Names and avatars can match, so check the Steam ID.
Your trade link is used to send an item trade offer to your Steam account. Copy your trade link from Steam and save it in the trade link field in your XGod profile. If you generate a new link in Steam, replace the old one on XGod too.
Your session may have expired. Sign in with the same Steam account to continue using your profile. If you already submitted an opening, sale or withdrawal, check your balance and inventory after signing in before repeating the action.
Cases
On a regular case page, choose a quantity from x1 to x5. The opening button shows the total price for that quantity. You need to sign in through Steam and have enough XGod balance. Bonus cases have their own access requirements.
No. The switch speeds up the reel animation. Items from a regular opening are determined by the server; animation speed does not change the result.
Demo mode lets you try a case opening without signing in or spending balance. The items shown are virtual: they do not enter your inventory and cannot be sold or withdrawn to Steam. Sign in through Steam to open cases that award items.
Deposit bonus cases require you to meet the stated deposit target. The case page shows your progress, the remaining amount and a reset timer. If you have already opened the case in the current period, check its status and the time until reset.
A stopped animation does not confirm that the opening was cancelled. Check your balance and inventory in your profile before starting another opening. If balance was charged but no result appeared, give support the case name, opening quantity and approximate time.
Payments
Steam and XGod have separate balances. Signing in does not transfer Steam Wallet funds to XGod. Selling an item on XGod also credits your site balance, not your Steam Wallet.
Available methods and minimum amounts depend on the payment provider. Check the terms of the method you choose when topping up, as they can differ. Use the payment form on the site rather than payment details sent in private messages.
Check the payment status with the payment service and make sure you signed in to the intended Steam account. Keep the receipt or transaction number. If the payment is complete but your balance has not been credited, give support your Steam ID, payment method, amount and payment time. Paying again creates a new payment and does not speed up the first one.
Check the code spelling, expiry date and promotion terms. Deposit codes, case codes and bonus codes can serve different purposes. Copying a code does not activate a bonus: before paying or opening, check that the code was accepted for that action.
Items
Open your XGod profile and its items section. If a card is missing, clear the search, price range and other filters, then check the other inventory pages. Demo results are not added to your inventory.
Save a valid trade link in your profile. Open the actions menu on an available item card, choose Withdraw to Steam and confirm the request. Then follow the item status and your Steam trade offers. You do not need to submit another request while one is processing.
After an opening, you can sell an item from its result card or use the button to sell the remaining rewards together. In your profile, use the item card menu. Check the amount first: sales execute immediately, without a separate confirmation dialog. A successful sale credits your XGod balance.
No. Sell all in your profile sells every item available for sale in your inventory, including items hidden by search, filters and other pages. To sell just one item, use that card's menu.
If Exchange is available on an item card, open it and choose a replacement from the offered list. Review the selected items, then confirm the exchange. This replaces the item in your XGod inventory; sending the new item to Steam requires a separate withdrawal request.
The price on an XGod card can differ from the Steam Community Market price. Compare matching versions: wear condition, StatTrak and Souvenir distinguish different versions of an item. The XGod sale action shows the amount you would receive.
Security
XGod administrators do not add users as friends on Steam. Do not send that account items or follow its links. A name, avatar or profile description does not prove that someone works for the site.
Do not share your Steam password, Steam Guard codes, backup codes or email login details. Do not send your full bank card number or its security code. Approve Steam sign-ins on Steam, not in a conversation with someone offering help.
Technical issues
Close unused tabs and apps, check your connection and look for browser updates. Take a break if your device gets very hot. If the problem returns, tell support which page and action trigger it. Include your device model and browser.
Give the images time to load and check your connection. If the problem continues, check whether it affects the whole site or just one case or item. Send support the name, page address and a screenshot. A missing image does not mean the item has disappeared from your inventory.
Decorative effects can vary by device and browser. Your system's reduced motion setting can also shorten or disable animations. This does not change your balance or awarded items. If a button is missing or text is cut off, send a screenshot with your device model, operating system version and browser version.
If you already submitted an opening, sale, exchange or withdrawal, check its result, your balance and your inventory first. Do not repeat the action while its outcome is unknown. Otherwise, try reloading the page. If the issue returns, give support the button name, page address and the steps before the error.
Include the page address, approximate time, device model, operating system version and browser version. Describe the steps that trigger the problem and attach the error text, a screenshot or a short screen recording. If an operation is affected, add your Steam ID and the case or item name; for a payment, add the amount and transaction number. Hide passwords, confirmation codes and payment details.
